Bluebell Office Services Ltd is a friendly, professional, family-run business providing a comprehensive Administration, PA/Secretarial, Bookkeeping, Proofreading, Accountancy service tailored to your business needs, allowing you to concentrate on the core activities of your trade and focus on building a better and stronger relationship with your clients.
Perhaps you are a business which needs support with your accounts, your diary, or the day-to-day running of your office, or you simply want help creating a document, sending invoices on your behalf, creating a flyer or someone to take your phone calls. Whatever the need, we can help. We work by email or telephone, and we are happy to provide face-to-face services for people in the local area.
Originally based on the Birmingham / Worcestershire border, we have over 50 years of experience in our field. Jennette has over 30 years of Administration / PA experience working in a variety of office environments, predominantly the NHS, but also in the private sector. Russell recently joined the company after leaving a job in IT. He now helps with the day-to-day work and keeping the office up and running. Michael, is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), with over 20 years’ experience in this field. In early 2019, the company relocated to Workington in the beautful county of Cumbria, the Western Lake District and we're now settled and ready to serve the local community, as well as keeping in touch with our regular clients in Birmingham - gotta look after our Brummie bunch!
The beauty of Bluebell Office Services is that you can have all the help you need to run your business but not have the expense or hassle of employing a full or part-time member of staff. We can work as many or as little hours as you need and you pay only for the exact time we provide work for you, for a fee that won't break the budget. You can choose the number of hours you need and we stay within that time scale, informing you when that time is almost up. That way you don't get any nasty surprises. We can invoice you weekly or monthly to suit you, so that you can keep track of your cash flow.
Our services are offered on a virtual basis, i.e. over the telephone and by electronic means, except for local customers, where feasible.
We're Jargon Free!
We’ve all heard the corporate phrases and overused corporate buzz words that filter round the business world — ‘thinking outside the box’, ‘ballpark figure’, and so on. We don’t do that. We’re friendly, down to earth people, and we won’t bamboozle you with jargon. Michael keeps his ‘accountancy speak’ to a minimum and explains all that he’s doing and what you need to do, in a way you understand.
We don’t know what a JT33 spindle taper is, so we don’t necessarily expect you to know how Mail Merge works, or what Access Database is all about (although we will explain if you really want to know!)
If you know what you want, but don’t know how to produce it, just explain what it is you need and we’ll try to create something around your specifications. If we don’t know, we can try to find someone that does. It doesn’t hurt to ask, after all. Our services are flexible and we try to fit around you as much as possible.
